Suquet Fireplaces in Shaugnessy

Posted on May 16, 2017

We just installed two gorgeous fireplaces for a client in Shaugnessy, and they couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

This beautiful, French-inspired home has a limestone feature wall, which gives it a rustic, old world feel – perfect
for our signature fireplaces.

over mantel and commands attention due to its size and elegance. The Trenzas columns originate from the facade of a beautiful heritage home in thefamous upscale district of Polanco in Mexico City. “Trenzas” in Spanish means braids, which run down the sides of the
columns.

We also installed a Hojas fireplace, which is in Processed with VSCO with a8 preset
the den. The design inspiration used to create this originated from a grand 150 – year old apartment building on Mexico City’s longest and busiest street, Avenida Insurjentes Sur. The Hojas columns were originally hand carved, French inspired corbels that
decorated the building. “Hojas” in Spanish means leaves, which run down the columns.
